Terms and Conditions:

All financial Bids will be submitted through online E-Bidding System of PDA.

Online B.O.Q / Standard I.E.C Specification can be downloaded up to 10/05/2021 23:59 Hrs from PDA website www.pda.gkp.pk. The Advertisement can also be seen on KPPRA website www.kppra.gov.pk.

2% (Two Percent) earnest money / Bid security of Engineer Estimated Cost must be accompanied in the shape of Call Deposit in the name of Director General, PDA from scheduled banks in accordance with the Rule 20(2) of KPPRA Rules 2014 and subsequent amendments (if any).

The pre-qualified contractors / Firms are directed to submit their financial bid upto 10/05/2021
At 23:59 Hours through E-Bidding process and submit a hard copy upto 11/05/2021 at 11:00
AM Hours in the office of the undersigned through registered courier service which will be
opened on the same date 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM Hours in the office of the Director Finance
(Chairman Procurement Committee) PDA in order to ensure the transparency in the tendering
process.

Each Bidder may submit additional security equal to 8% of the Tender cost in advance along with 2% earnest money if their quoted rates are more than 10% below on Engineers Estimate. As per KPPRA updated notification No.SO(C)CMS/KPK/2021/2828-3 Dated: 5/04/2021.

Any item not reflected in the BOQ and required at site, shall be paid in accordance with MRS-2020/ prevailing market rates with the approval of the Competent Authority.

All the Government taxes (Federal, Provincial & any other) will be deducted as per prevailing Government policy.

The procuring entity may reject all Bids or any proposal / Bid at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposals.

Other terms & conditions pertaining to the work can be seen in the office of the undersigned at any working day during office hours. Before opening of the financial Bid.

The Scope of the work can be increase or decrease as per site requirements.
