1. Firms / Consultants applying in individual capacity or all firms / consultants in JV must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council , having renewable Energy relevant code i-e 2010.
2. interested firms may obtain RFP documents on written request at a fee of Rs.1000/-from the office of AD North Waziristan Miranshah on cash or on demand draft in favour of AD North from the nexg day of advertisment.
3. The consultant / JV shall submitt a coprehensive Technical proposal in English (original + copy) and financial proposal (original) in separated sealed envelopes , for services required under the terms of reference.
4.Technical proposal should be submitted to office address mentioned below o or before 03rd November,2020 at 1400 hours . Technical proposal shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same day, by the bids evaluation / procurement committtee in office of the undersigned, in the presence of bidders or their representative opt to attend.

6. Firms must be registered with KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
