Sealed tender for below mentioned works are hereby invited from Govt: Contractors enlisted with LG&RDD/PEC in the relevant category and having registration/enlistment renewal for the current year as per following schedule.

  1. Firms/Contractors with relevant experience may obtain Bid Documents from the office of undersigned on any working date before the closing date at a cost of Rs. 1000/-. No bid solicitation documents will be issued on the last date of submission.
  2. The firm must full fill the following eligibility criteria
    1. Interested firms/contractors should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C4 with relevant code i.e EE-11 (Solar) and CE-09 can apply for the project
    2. Bidder have successfully completed minimum 7 No’s of Projects (with Govt. sami Govt and autonomous body only) in last 2 year, values of each project not less than 2 million with detail of work order & Completion certificate attached
    3. Bidder should have an average annual turnover of 100 Million in the last 3 years (FBR /Income tax report of last 03 years shall be provided for verification).
    4. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
  3. Bidder have to submitCDR (2% Bid Security of estimated cost) in the name of Assistant Director of local Govt: and Rural Development North Waziristan Tribal District.
  4. Bidder should successfully complete 5 or more Projects in last 2-years values of each project should be 2 million with detail of work order & Completion certificate attached
  5. Bidder have to submit Technical and Financial bids separately for each package as mention in RFP documents in sealed separated envelope, clearly marked as technical should be submitted to the address given below on or before 5hMay 2021 at 14:30 hours, which shall be opened on the same day at 15:00 Hrs. in the presence of the bidders or their representative opted to attend. Bidders while applying for the Bid must clearly mention name of package on the proposals otherwise client may consider the bid as non-responsive.No loose/ring binding, incomplete/ conditional bids or bids with cutting / overwriting in the financial bid will not be acceptable.
  6. In case of bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below Engineer estimate the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only the extend of bid more than 10% below the Engineer Estimate in the form of percentage the amount of additional bid security shall be equal to the impact of the financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below Engineer Estimate.
  7. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), PEC and with the office of Director General LG&RDD under new centralized enlistment system of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the relevant category.
