Sealed tender for below mentioned works are hereby invited from Govt: Contractors enlisted with LG&RDD/PEC in the relevant category and having registration/enlistment renewal for the current year as per following schedule.

  1. Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned on any working day or can be downloaded from www.bidding.lcbkp.gov.pk & KPPRA website before the submission date / time.
  2. All bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
  3. Venue of Bids opening is office of the Director Urban Areas Development Authority Ghazikot Township Mansehra.
  4. The bids must be accompanied with
    1. Bidding documents fee challan copy/call deposit
    2. Bid security in the shape of call deposit in the name of Director, Mansehra Development Authority
    3. PEC registration certificate 2022-23
    4. UADA Mansehra registration 2022-23 challan copy
    5. FBR ATL Certificate
    6. KPRA registration Certificate
    7. An affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted.
  5. The bidders quoting their bids up to a limit of 10% below Engineer Estimate shall submit bid security @ 2% only of the Engineer Estimate.
  6. The bidders quoting their bids more than 10% Below up-to 20% Below on Engineer’s Estimate shall submit along with their bids 08% additional Security of the Engineer’s Estimate in addition to the 2% bid security. If the bid is not accompanied with the required amount of additional security then it will be considered as non-responsive and the 2% bid security shall be forfeited in favor of Government and the second lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.
  7. Similarly, a bidder quoting bid more than 20% below shall submit with his bid an additional security on Engineer’s estimated cost equal to the differential amount of submitted bid and Engineers’ Estimate along with detailed rate analysis. In case of more than 20% below bids, if the bid is not accompanied by the detailed rate analysis and / or required amount of additional security, then the said bid shall be considered as nonresponsive. All the securities submitted along with such non-responsive bid shall be forfeited in favor of Government and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.
  8. In case detailed rate analysis submitted with the bids is, in view of UADA Mansehra, not convincing, the Director UADA Mansehra may declare such bid as nonresponsive without any forfeiture of bid securities and record reasons thereof.
