Terms & Conditions:-
The form can be downloaded from the Local Council Board website www.lgkp.gov.pk one day after publication of Tender in News Paper. The Tender should be accepted with original Call Deposit in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer TMA, Charsadda from Schedule Bank.
1. All the tenders / biddings shall be done on “Percentage below / above”
Original Call Deposit will be must with tender Form. Contractors should send their bid in single envelop for a scheme, More bids in single envelop contractor will be considered as cancel. Contractor will bound to test all types of material from the laboratory on his own expanses as per the directions of Engineer Incharge. The tender form may be sent in original to this office through courier Service and copy of the same will be submitted to the office of Secretary Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa .
The contractor will deposit 8% Additional Security with the tender form if he quoted the rate more then 10% below otherwise the bid / tender consider as cancel. The address of the bank must be written on the call deposit so that the conformation could be easy.
The tender form through fax is not acceptable in any case nor tender form will be accepted after the lapse of time noted above and it is the responsibility of contractor to submit tender form at well time.
The successful bidder will execute agreement deed with the department within 7 days which will consist of all up to date amendments. Tenders will be accepted up to 12:00 PM on the date fixed for opening. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM and work will be completed as per work order. If there is un-expected holiday announced by the Government on the opening date of the tender than the tender will be opened on the next day.
Note:
1. The contractor / firm who have not withdrawn the bid till closing time from E-Tender and failed to submit the documents to the TMA, Charsadda will be black listed
2. The Contractor / Firm who submitted fake Documents will be consider black listed.
3. Contractor / firm who succeeded for the applied work will be responsible for execution of work and if he failed will also be blacklisted and his securities will be forfeited in favor of TMA, Charsadda.
