TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Tender form along with BOQ and instructions to bidders etc may be downloaded on Local Government Website ebidding.lcbkp.gov.pk and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publishing in the newspaper.
2. As per Clause 37(A) of KPPRA Rules, all bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in shape of call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the name of TMO, TMA Kohat call deposit of scheduled banks shall be acceptance. Document like enlistment copy of Local Council board, KPK and photo copy of CNIC and NTN must be attached with tender form.
4. Sealed bids must be sent through Registered Mail/Couriers Services should reached on (27/01/2020) upto 1:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders by the Tender Committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders.
5. The tender shall be processed according to “ Above/below system” based on the Market Rate System.
6. The contractors/bidders who quote their bids/rate more than 10% below the Engineers Estimate shall submit an additional security in the form of call deposit equal to 8% of the estimated cost.
7. Sealed Bids in original and duplicate by the name of TMO, TMA, Kohat and Secretary LCB, both shall be sent to the undersigned through post office/registered courier service.
8. If the bid rate/cost of two or more than two bidders are same then the successful bid will be decided through draw.
9. All contractors/ firms are bound to follow the KPPRA rules.
10. Work order / Execution of work will be subject to release / availability of fund.
11. The contractor will bound to carryout the work/items mentioned in the MRS 2019.
12. No tenders are acceptable through Fax/by hand.
13. All relevant taxes will be deducted form the contractors Bills.
14. Any addition made in terms and conditions in the NIT advertised in the newspaper will be implemented as per KPPRA Rules.
