TERMS & CONDITIONS
1).The tender documents/BOQ can be downloaded from date of publication in the news paper one day prior to opening of the tender form,website www.lgkp.gov.pk. 2) The following shall be attached with bids, Renewed copy of Enlistment from LGE & RDD department for the year 2021-22,Attested Photocopy of Pakistan Engneering Council & CNIC. 3)The 2% earnest money as mentioned against each work shall be received in the shape of call deposit from schedule Bank in the concerned TMO. 4)The limits for below rates shall be followed as per Govt: KPPRA Rules. 5) Tender documents of bidders if found with bogus/false will be rejected and their rejistration shall stand cancelled/black listed in addition of forfeiture of earnest money. 6) Incomplete bids or without 2% earnest money shall not be accepted. 7) Cutting/ over writing in the BOQ / contract will be termed as defective. 8) Orignal tender documents/Copy of tender documents in separate sealed envelopes should reach to the office of the TMA, Paharpur through registered mail/couriers. 9) The Contractor shall be responsible to pay the expenditure on all Lab: tests.10) No tender forms are acceptable through fax /by hand.
