Sealed tender for below mentioned works are hereby invited from Govt: Contractors enlisted with PEC in the relevant category and having registration/enlistment renewal for the current year as per following schedule.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Tender form /BOQ can be downloaded after publication in the newspapers by the original registered contactors form the Local Council Board website. (http://ebidding.lcbkp.gov.pk) and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) website after publishing in newspapers.
  2. As per Clause 37 (A) of KPPRA Rules, all bidders must be registered with the Khyber PakhtunKhwa Revenue Authority.
  3. All the enlisted contractor of Local Council Board shall offer their bids by filling rates online  on above/below system w.e.f the date of publication along with the earnest money and additional security in case of below more than 10%.
  4. The documents must be attached with the tender such as 2% earnest money of estimated cost in shape of original Call Deposit in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer TMA Gumbat from scheduled banks.
  5. Sealed bids must be sent through registered mail / courier service should reach till 10thJune, 2020 up to 12-00 P.M. and will be opened on same date i.e. (10thJune, 2020) 02-00 pm in the presence of bidders by the tender committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders and will not be entertained after 12.00 P.M.
  6. In case the bidder quoted more than 10% below rates, and not accompanies the same by the additional security than the bid shall be considered as non responsive and the second lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.
  7. The engineer estimate is framed on the MRS 2019.
  8. Tender forms and BOQs must be signed by the original contractor only.
  9. The approved contractor shall be bound to pay all kind of the Provincial & Federal Taxes.
  10. Bid security of some or all the bidders will be retained by the employer till the approval of tender / bid validity period.
  11. Incomplete / conditional or telegraphic tenders shall not be accepted.
  12. In case of bids become tie the award of contract shall be decided through free toss which shall be bounded as final.
