TERM AND CONDITION
1. Tender Form and B.O.Q can be download from www.lgkp.gov.pk.
2. Earnest money shall be deposited in shape of call-deposit (may be made in Local Banks of Tehsil Ghazi ). All Taxes as per Govt: orders shall be deducted from the bills Copy of CNIC / NIT, Engineering Council / and renewal enlistment Copy may be attached with application.
3. The tender forms Original / Duplicate must reach this office on the dates mentioned against each scheme through courier services.
4. Contractor / Firm are bound to mention the rates as per notification No. KPPRA/ M&E /Estt:/1-5/2016 Above /Below.
5. The Tender will be opened at 12:30PM (Submission date 17.06.2019 at 12:30 pm )
6. The successful Form / contractor will execute agreement with e/agency within the 07 days, otherwise his contract is automatically cancelled.
