Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Tender form along with BOQ and instructions to bidders etc may be downloaded on Local Government website E-bidding lcbkp.gov.pk and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publishing on the KPPRA website
  2. As per clause 37(A) of KPPRA rules, all bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA).
  3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in shape of call deposit equal to 2% of the estimate cost in the name of TMO, TMA Thall call deposit of schedule banks shall be acceptance documents like enlistment copy of local council board, KPK and photo copy CNIC and NTN must be attached with tender form.
  4. Sealed bids must be sent through registered mail / courier services should reached 04-03-2021 upto 1.00pm and will be opened on the same date at 2.00pm in the presence of bidder by the Tender Committee.
  5. The tender shall be processed according to above / below system based on the Market Rate System 2020.
  6. In the case of bid / rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only to the extent of bid more than 10% below the Engineer estimate in the form of percentage. The amount of additional bid security shall be equal to the impact of financial difference occurring in the quoted rate beyond 10% below engineer estimate.
  7. In such eventually, the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security with in three (03) days from the issuance of letter acceptance failing which the procuring entity shall forfeit the bid security of successful bidder and may also initiate legal proceeding against the bidder who repudiated the contract under KPPRA procurement rules.
  8. The procuring entity may offer the contract to next lowest bidder after due diligence in the context of financial difference between such two bids and the market analysis in order to discourage cartel making and to protect public interest large.
  9. Sealed bids in original and duplicate in the name of TMO, TMA Thall and Secretary LCB, KPK both shall be sent to the undersigned through post office / registered courier services.
  10.  All contractors / firms are bound to follow the KPPRA rules.
  11.  Work order / execution of work will be subject to release availability of fund.
  12.  No tenders are acceptable through fax / by hand.
  13. All relevant taxes will be deducted form the contractors bills.
  14.  Any additional made in terms and conditions in NIT advertised in newspaper will be implemented as per KPPRA rules.
