Tender form and BOQ can be filled online and  downloaded up to one day prior to the opening day from LG & RDD Website as per prescribed manner of E-bidding (www.lgkp.got.pk).

The seal tender should be reached to this office before the opening date/time given against each work.

The bidder documents should be completed in all respect and incomplete document will not be entertained.

The following documents must be accompanied with the tender forms.
a. Original Bid security in the shape of call deposit in the name of TMO, TMA KARAK shall accompany the  bid.
b. The bidder are required to send their bid through courier in duplicate in separate envelopes clearly marked as original & duplicate both original & duplicate bid shall reach the concerned office before closing date and time.

Bidder found with bogus documents their tender will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against them.

The bidding documents will be opened by the committee in the presence of bidders on the above mentioned date and time.

The contractor / bidder who quote their bids  / rates more than 10% below on the Engineering estimate shall submit an additional Security in the shape of Call deposit equal to 8% of the bid cost which must be accompanied with the tender forms, otherwise the tender form will be rejected. After that the bid/rates of the 2nd and 3rd bidder will be considered accordingly. After commencements of work by the successful bidder 8% call deposit will converted into Bank Gurantee and will be released to the contractor in accordance with KPPRA rules.

In case bid become tie the award of contract shall be decided through toss which shall be final.

The bidders are required to send their bid along with all relevant documents through courier in separate envelops clearly marked as original and duplicate be reached to this office on the date and time as mentioned above.

The bidding documents will be opened by the procurement committee on the fixed date and time. The procurement committee will examine all the bidding documents and have the rights to accept or reject any bid with solid reasons.

Responsibility of late delivery will not rest upon this office.

All the Govt: taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt: policy.

The entire required material test on the direction of Technical staff will be provided by the contractor on his cost of contract/bidder.

KAPPRA rules and Works rules shall be applied in letter and spirit and all the bidders be bound of the same.

The contractor/bidders shall quote their rates on above/below basis and clearly mentioned in figures and words. Overwriting and ambiguous rates will be rejected.
