TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Tender Form and BOQ can be downloaded after publication of advertisement in the press from the LG&RDD website (www.lgkp.govt.pk).
2. The tender’s documents should be completed in all respect and the bidders/contractors shall clearly mention their rates on above/below basis and no overwriting/cutting will be accepted. The above/blow rate must be in figure and words. Incomplete and conditional tenders’ forms will be rejected accordingly.
3. While submitting tenders forms the following documents must be attached with the tender’s documents.
a. 2% earnest money in the shape of Original Call Deposit on the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Serai Naurang must be accompanied with the tender documents. In case of quoting 10% below rate an additional bid security in shape of call deposit @ 8% of the estimated cost must be accompanied with the bidding documents, in case of non compliance the tenders will be rejected accordingly. The 8% bid security will be released to the contractor as per laid down policy of KPPRA rules.
b. Legible copy of Registration and Renewal of license from Local Council Board and Pakistan Engineering Council for the current year.
c. CNIC copy of the contractor.
4. Any contractors who submit bogus documents/false information with the bidding documents, their tenders will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against them.
5. Sealed bids in original & duplicate on the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Serai Naurang and Secretary Local Council Board both shall be send to this office through Post / Registered Courier Service which must be reached to this office before prescribed date & time mentioned above. Bid or tenders received after the prescribed date and time will not be entertained.
6. All the Govt. taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt. policy.
7. All the require material test on the direction of In charge Engineer will be provided by the contractors on his own cost.
8. Payment will be made to the contractors subject to availability of funds.
9. The tender’s forms will be opened on the above same day by the procurement committee, as per schedule date, time and venue above in the presence of contractors/bidders or their authorized agent.
10. The procuring committee will scrutinize the biding documents of bid proposal and will elevate the whole proposals in accordance with the bid evaluation criteria and any bid founds reasonable and lowest evaluated bid will be recommended to the approving authority for award of contract.
11. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw his bid till award of the contract or till bid is valid, whichever is earlier.
12. The successful bidders/contractors will execute proper agreement deed with the TMA authorities within 7-days after the acceptance of bid and the contract will be awarded.
13. The procuring entity have reserve the rights to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposals. The procuring entity will give the grounds of the rejections bid/proposal to the contractors.
