Term and condition

  1. The award of contract shall be on the basis of above/below engineer estimate on MRS instead of item rate basis.
  2. The following documents are compulsory with tender form:

i.    The fresh Registration of LCB.
ii.   The fresh Registration of KPPRA Revenue.
iii.  The downloaded BOQ, Terms & Conditions and 2% security must be attached

3.   After issuing the work order, if the contractor / firm is not commence the work in one week,   then  The tender will be cancelled including forfeiting of security

4.   According to the Government Laws, all the taxes will be deducted

5.   All those contractor which have incomplete / pending works, are not participate     pin the Tenders and to concentrate / priority on completion of previous in completed schemes.

        6. Work order will be issued on the availability of funds with Tehsil Municipal

                Administration, Battagram 

        7. Tender form and BOQ, can be downloaded and all other Terms & Conditions can be seen on the website” www.ebidding.lcbkp.gov.pk”
