Terms and Conditions:

All financial bids will be submitted through online E-bidding system of PDA.
-
Online BOQ can be downloaded up to date: 24-08-2021, 23:59 on PDA website at the address www.pda.gkp.pk and KPPRA website as well.

2% (two percent of estimated cost) earnest money must be accompanied with the financial proposal in the shape of call deposit in the name of Director General PESHAWAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY from scheduled Bank. Copies of the requisite documents like renewal, Income Tax certificate, etc. must accompany the Bid.

All tender Document fee as mentioned above shall be payable through demand draft or CDR in the name of Director General Peshawar Development Authority Peshawar (non-refundable).

The tender documents must be signed and stamped by an authorized person of the firm / company.

Each bidder maybe submit additional security equal to 8% of the tender cost and advance along with 2% earnest money if their quoted rates are more than 10% below on engineers estimate. As per KPPRA update notification No: S.R.O (12)/Vol: 1-2020-21 dated: 21-04-2021.

Any item not reflected in BOQ and required at site, shall be paid in accordance with MRS 2020 prevailing market rates with the approval of the competent authority.

Sealed bids shall be sent through registered mail/Courier service, which must reach in the office of the undersigned before closing time and date mentioned above, late submission will not be considered.

The bid documents received through fax will not be acceptable.

In case bids become tie, the same will be decided through toss.

All federal and provincial duties /stamp duty/taxes including sales tax will be recoverable as per directives of the government issued from time to time.

In case a firm deputes its representative for the tender, must have a valid authorization latter along with CNIC and identification documents.

Incomplete/Conditional bid shall not be acceptable. Furthermore, the authority may reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal with a cogent reason under rules 47 of KPPRA rules, 2014.

Other terms and conditions pertaining to the work can be seen in the office of undersign at any working day during office hours. Before opening of the financial bid.

The scope of the work can be increased or decreased as per site requirements.

Work order will be issued after release of the fund.
